Key Account Executive / Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Executive / Manager with at least 3-5 years of Account Servicing experience. This position reports to the Sales Director. Successful candidates should be capable of interfacing with professionals at the highest organizational levels within the client base.

  • Creating and communicating a project plan, schedule, and budget
  • Assessing and evaluating project success
  • Client consultancy (email, WA, phone, video conferencing and face-to-face)

  • Provide consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling, in addition to maintain the highest level of customer experience.
  • Monitoring the health of partners & their campaigns, keeping the Key Performance Indicators on track.
  • Provide weekly report updates of sales, pipelines, leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Administrative duties, including the collation & submission of reports
  • Prepare project documentation such as schedule, quotation, research, etc
  • Ability to engage with all levels across the customers’ organizations including C- level executives; understand and identify customers’ needs through account planning.
  • Generate leads and build healthy funnels to meet sales objectives.
  • Engagement and cultivation of strong rapport with partners and vendors
  • Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive
  • development, and constant evaluation of potential new product lines

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/IT or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, Project Management software
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar function in the IT industry

UI / UX Executive

This job holder will be responsible for designing and building prototypes for a wide range of complex digital services. He/She should have a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of across-functional team. Empathetic to user values and needs, and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and UX principles will be crucial.

  • Serve as the digital design expert for assigned products and create user interfaces in the product that are beautiful, efficient and take advantage of next generation technologies and techniques
  • Take the lead over user flows, task flows, user journeys and page flows to create a clear path to purchase for our customers.
  • Create a wide range of deliverables such as UX flows, wireframes, click-able prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups and design web templates
  • Collaborating with product managers, visual designers and developers to bring to life the best customer experiences
  • Design user interfaces that are consistent within the current brand standards while helping to evolve the visual brand
  • Create storyboards, and digital prototypes to effectively communicate your interaction and design ideas
  • A bridge between design and analytics and optimization
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and creative projects, whether independently or within a team environment, while consistently delivering against project milestones and deadlines
  • Create flexible, coherent design systems, style guides and component libraries
  • Partner with IT developers to ensure digital designs are implemented correctly
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • 3 + years industry experience (agency or creative design studio)
  • 1+ years of experience in a product setting, building digital products/experiences.
  • Degree in Design or a related creative discipline
  • Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision or comparable prototyping tools.
  • Portfolio, showing a strong sense design principles including UX interaction best practices
  • Solid experience in user testing, A/B testing, and data analysis in order to bring an optimized product to market
  • Poise and focus under pressure
  • Designing for cross-platform Web browsers
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative
